1. Course Fee Refunds

• Once the admission/registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Course fees are refundable only in the case of technical issues or course cancellation by Varanasi Institutes.

• If a student chooses to discontinue the course for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.

2. Online Courses / Digital Programs

• Fees paid for online courses, webinars, or digital study material are non-refundable once access is granted.

• In case of any technical errors or payment failures, we will verify the transaction and process a refund within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Request Process

• To request a refund (only in eligible cases), you must send an email to

• Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Varanasi Institutes management.

4. Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

• Any bank charges, gateway charges, or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
